The NEW Braun Thermoscan Pro 4000 Thermometer patented technology is an ergonomically designed ear thermometer engineered to take temperaturese easily and accurately with the click of a button. Exclusive ExacTemp technology provides an active user feedback light that signals that the probe has positioned in a stable way throughout the measurement, savoiding inaccurate measurements by handling errors.
The preheated probe tip minimizes the cool down effect experienced when taking repeat temperatures, improving accuracy and repeatability. Includes an automatic probe cover eject button for quick and easy removal of used probe covers. There are built-in cross-contamination safeguards -- the probe cover sensor reminds operator to use a new probe cover.
Thermoscan disposable probe covers help with protection of patient and user. They are designed for patient comfort, disposable covers help protect the unit, user and patient from potential cross-contamination.
The Thermoscan Pro 4000 also features a wide range of patient temperatures -- 68-108 Degree patient range allows for rescue of inten sive care. There is also a wide range of ambient temperatures -- 50-104 Degree ambient range allows for use in most environments. This model is durable and tested for damage resistance. A convenient wall-holder for the Pro 4000 unit with probe cover storage is also available.
