All returns must be in new re-saleable condition (safety seals or sealed retail packaging must be un-opened) and all product must contain original packaging and accessories for a credit or refund. If your return is the result of our error Western Scientific Medical will cover the shipping charges for your returned product, otherwise the customer must pay return-shipping costs.

We're sorry, but we do not accept returns of opened sealed items or items returned more than 30 days after delivery. Also, we do not accept any impotence items or personal care items that are sexual in nature. Since these items are of a personal nature, NO returns or exchanges of any kind are accepted for your protection.

When we receive your item(s), we will refund your order the full amount less original shipping charges & 30% restocking fee.

To qualify for a refund, ALL items must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging and containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. Do not mark or deface original manufacturer containers in any manner. We are unable to accept returns if packaging is not in its original condition.

Since we ship from several warehouses and manufacturers all returns must have a Return Authorization (RA) number obtained from our Customer Service via phone or email. Merchandise shipped without a Return Authorization number may be assessed a 30% restocking fee and additional shipping charges may be deducted from your return.

Products designated as "Special Order" are NOT returnable.

How long does it take for my account to be credited?
Our warehouse and accounting staff work hard to process returns as quickly as possible. Processing returns can be complicated. Please allow 10 to 14 days after we receive the items to process your credit.
